Eidolon

Eidolon is a first-person game that explores prolonged grief, memory, and the ethical limits of artificial intelligence.

In a not-so-distant future, an AI claims it can “fix” the emotional pain of loss by processing your traumatic memories through dreams.

The story follows Tommy, a character who lost his sister several years ago. He submits his memories to the AI, which recreates a digital version of her. However, Tommy and the AI soon find themselves at odds over what it means to truly process traumatic memories...

P.S. The only generative AI used in the game is the voice of the AI character itself.
